1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
2. Estimated Shipping Time
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Domestic (USA): 5–10 business days.
- International: 7–15 business days, depending on the destination country and local customs clearance.
These are estimated timeframes and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, and other factors.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team.
4. Possible Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, certain circumstances may cause delays beyond our control, including:
- High order volumes during promotional periods.
- Severe weather conditions or natural events.
- Carrier delays or disruptions.
- Customs processing delays for international shipments.

5. International Shipping
We ship to a wide range of international destinations. Please note the following for international orders:

- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
- Some countries may have restrictions on the importation of dietary supplements. It is your responsibility to verify compliance with your local regulations before placing an order.
6. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Magzen is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your address after placing an order, contact us immediately at contact.nxsupplements@gmail.com. We will do our best to make corrections before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order is in processing.
